About the Doctor: Dr. Rebecca Bui Van OD Independent Doctor of Optometry at Site for Sore Eyes
Dr. Rebecca Bui grew up in Northern California with her mother and two siblings. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 1993, she moved to San Francisco to continue her medical research at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco. During that time, she started a part-time job at an optometry practice and found her calling in the field of optometry. In 1999, she earned her Doctorate Degree in Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley. She has since practiced in the Sacramento area and feels privileged to serve the community of El Dorado Hills.
As a clinician, Dr. Bui is board certified by the state of California to diagnose and treat medically related eye conditions. She works closely with Dr. Richard Meister, one of the area’s top ophthalmologists, in co-managing cataract, glaucoma, and laser eye surgeries.
Eye Exams available by an Independent Doctor of Optometry conveniently located at Site for Sore Eyes. Site for Sore Eyes does not employ the optometrist nor do they provide eye exams.
