Meet Our Doctor: Dr. Douglas Aaseby
Dr. Aaseby has the experience and skills to help with all of you and your family’s vision needs. He has been practicing optometry for over 35 years, and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1980. Dr. Aaseby received his undergraduate degree from Bemidji State University, MD, and graduated with honors in 1976. In 2001 he relocated to northern California to raise his family. He is passionate about eyes and is known for his thorough and detailed exams. Believing your eye exams should be more than just a prescription, he goes the extra mile to assess risks for eye disease and educates his patients about disease detection. He always ensures his patients obtain the best possible vision and loves to serve the community in his spare time. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, and outdoor activities.
