Sterling Optical accepts returns within 30 days on all unused contact lenses if your prescription changes. Returned contact lenses must be in the original packaging. Opened packages cannot be returned. Once your new prescription is verified, new contact lenses will be sent to you. Torn or damaged contact lenses may also be exchanged. Exchange of product is available on all returned contact lenses in the original packaging. No refunds will be provided.

FedEx shipments are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or P.O. boxes. For shipments to these addresses, please choose U.S. Express Mail. Rates are for domestic shipments only. Shipments to international addresses are subject to additional fees or rates.
